• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a nominal fee to cover the reserved time.
• Insurance & Payments: It is the patient's responsibility to verify their insurance coverage. Payment for services is expected at the time of the visit unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
